Almost daily I get a call from a friend or a relative that his or some of his friend's email account has been hacked and if I can restore the password. With a very heavy heart I have to tell them that hacking a hotmail or gmail account is actually very hard and I ll be doing something illegal if I do it. The accounts get compromised because they haven't taken adequate care while using the account on a public network or cyber cafe, and the password has been stored and misused by someone having access.
